About us

We are all students at Canterbury Christ Church University, currently living in uni accommodation, hanging out in the evenings in the kitchen or going out for a drink on Saturday. I just though we should proper introduce ourselves.

 

is doing a Business and FRTV (Film, Radio and TV) degree. She combined fun with school (not that school wasn’t fun) and from what I can see everything is going well. A bit shopaholic, Cata wears perfect make-up with perfect clothes (Brands all the way!). Smart and pretty, eating only crackers and yogurt, she will spend money on whatever her heart desires (as long as it’s worth it), but nonetheless she is always thinking about others and helping them if possible.  (Her nickname on the website is Aimeen)

 

student at FRTV and Media and Cultural Studies, has a lovely voice and is willing to prove it (Clau will be singing live on our Cabaret show). Red-dark haired, she’s into checkers clothes and rock music. Often wearing green , she loves pink nail polish and Dior make-up from magazine cover models. We all know just how much she likes her pretty laptop, which she kindly brings in the kitchen every night. She laughs at everyone’s jokes (even though they might be bad) and smiles encouragingly whenever somebody’s sad.  (Her nickname on the website is maelyis)

 

 

Our politician who will  save the world from terrorists and corruption is         He is studying Media and Cultural Studies and Global Politics, but is also part of the Volleyball team at C.C.C.U. Razvan has always been a sports man and he is in for every activity outside, which will challenge you physically.  Likes pastas and video games (what man doesn’t?), he gets really excited and maybe too competitive when involved in a contest, no matter the stake. He’s always kind and generous ready to give a helping hand to a friend in need. After all, a friend in need is a friend indeed.

 

 

founded the Dance Society “Pro Swing”. He has been part of the professional dance life for 6 years and is quite an exquisite dancer (I have danced with him, and I am honestly telling you, you don’t need to know anything when you dance with him). While most of us struggle with easy steps, he glides through the most difficult ones. Unusually, his degree is in Applied Criminology and Forensic Investigation.  He really likes it anyway, just like he likes mushroom and cheese. Always making sure his hair looks great, he does wear snickers one size smaller to look better. (His nickname on the website is 3Angels)

 

is the one who started all this. If you are ever looking at the man behind all curtains, that’s him. He engaged us into blogging, when most of us didn’t even read blogs. Pretty boy here, doesn’t try to be funny, he just is. Making jokes about everyone, he does not makes us feel bad about our flaws, just gives a good laugh (we all need that once in a while). He can always be serious, when there’s serious stuff involved. Sorin does get too stressed about the serious stuff. Get ready for setting up thousand of details days in advance when you want a one day trip with him to the nearest town. He  always finds a new idea of a business and he is really into house music ( We have our own DJ). :X

 

But the list does no end here. There’s one more of us. There’s also me,        I am going to get my degree as a Journalist in 2011. My course is great, a lot of practical useful work. I have been playing tennis since I was 5 years old, so I know a thing or two about it. My sign is Pisces, so it should come as no surprise that I love to swim (I recently started going to gym and afterwards a quick – ok, maybe long, swim in the lovely pool). I can play Fur Elise on the piano quite good, but unfortunately that’s the only song I can play (Promise to learn more).  As you can see I have started posting some of my own genuine articles on the website (don’t rate me too bad I have only just started this)

 

To put it in a nutshell, we are all lucky to have each other as friends!
